- 1 lb Shrimp
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 cup Self Rising Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp Lemon Pepper
Directions

1Peel and devein shrimp.

2Leave tail shell on.

3(If shrimp is extra large or jumbo butterfly them)

4Mix egg and milk in large bowl.

5Add shrimp to bowl.

6Mix remaining dry ingredients in another large bowl.

7Take a few shrimp at a time from the egg/milk mixture and coat with the dry coating.

8Place coated shrimp on a plate to rest.

9After 5 minutes return all the shrimp to the dry ingredients and coat again.

10Heat oil to 350F in a deep fryer or heavy pan.

11In small batches shake off excess dry coating and deep fry for 2-3 minutes.

12Drain on plate covered with a paper towel.

13Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

14We use cocktail and ranch mixed with hot sauce.
