Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 lb. cottage cheese
  • 1/4 lb. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice or ReaLemon
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 lb. melted butter or margarine
  • 1 pt. sour cream

    Beat 4 eggs in mixer.

    Add sugar, cottage cheese and cream cheese; beat on high speed.

    Add vanilla, lemon juice, flour, cornstarch, butter and sour cream.

    Beat on medium speed until well blended.

    Pour into buttered spring-form pan (no flour). Bake at 325° for 1 hour, or until edge browns slightly.

    Shut oven off and leave in oven 1 hour.
