  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. light sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Beat cheese, sugar and eggs together until smooth.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Bake 35 minutes at 350°. Turn oven off and leave cake in for 1 hour.

    Remove cake from oven and let stand for 1 hour at room temperature, then refrigerate. Serve cold.
