- 2 1/2 lb. (5 pkg.) cream cheese
- 8 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 16 graham crackers (2 x 2-inch squares), crushed
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick oleo
Directions

1Let cream cheese and eggs sit out and get room temperature. Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla and heavy cream for 15 minutes.

2Mix graham crackers, sugar and oleo.

3Place graham cracker mixture in 10-inch spring-form pan.

4Pour cream cheese mixture over graham cracker crust.

5Bake at 500° for 12 minutes. Reduce to 250° for 45 minutes.

6Turn oven off (do not open oven) and leave in oven 6 hours.

7Cool.

8Remove from pan.
