- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 14 cup sugar
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (21 ounce) can pie filling
Directions

1Add eggs to softened cream cheese, one at a time; blend thoroughly.

2Add 1 c sugar and 1 tsp vanilla and mix together well.

3Place in paper cups in cupcake tin and bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes; let cool (tops will sink in).

4Mix sour cream with 1/4 c sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla.

5Place mixture in cupcakes and return to 300 degree oven for 5 minutes.

6Let cool.

7Place pie filling on top before serving.
