- 1 lb baby carrots
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp dill; minced
- 1 tsp thyme; minced
- 1/2 bunch parsley; minced
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 1/2 shallot; minced
Directions

1Cover carrots with cold water.

2Add a pinch of sugar.

3Boil until carrots brighten in color.

5Heat butter over medium heat until nearly browned.

6Add shallots and thyme.

7Sweat on medium-low heat until caramelized.

8Add carrots, parsley, dill, and brown sugar.
