  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • favorite preserves or jelly

Directions

    Cream the cream cheese with 1 cup sugar.

    Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla.

    Pour into 24 paper or foil cupcake cups.

    Fill about 1/2 full.

    Bake 40 minutes at 300°. Remove from oven.
