- 1 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Have all ingredients at room temperature.

2Cream the cream cheese; add sugar and beat eggs in one at a time.

3Add vanilla. Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full.

4Bake for about 50 minutes at 325° until light brown.

5Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla and spoon into centers.

6Bake 5 minutes longer.
