  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs

    Mix cream cheese.

    Add sugar and vanilla and blend well.

    Pour into lined cupcake tins until 3/4 full. Bake 25 minutes at 350°.

    Cups rise and fall in the center.

    After cooling, fill the indentation with cherry pie filling.
