  • 3 large pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat together all ingredients until light and fluffy. Fill lined cupcake pans 3/4 full. Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes. Top with about 1 teaspoon of any pie filling and return to oven for 10 minutes.
