- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine ingredients in mixer.

3Put paper cups in muffin pan.

4Place vanilla wafer in bottom of cup.

5Fill 3/4 full with filling.

6Bake at 300° for 15 minutes.
