  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Put paper cups in muffin pan.

    Place vanilla wafer in bottom of cup.

    Fill 3/4 full with filling.

    Bake at 300° for 15 minutes.

    Cool and top with pie filling.
