  • 16 graham crackers
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • grated peel of 1 lemon
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Directions

    Place graham crackers between 2 pieces of wax paper.

    Crush with rolling pin. Mix with 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup butter.

    Line bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan with this mixture. Bake 10 minutes in preheated 400° oven.

    Cool.
