  • 9 inch pie shell
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Directions

    Beat cream cheese. Beat in eggs and sugar until smooth. Mix in 1/2 c. of the concentrate and reserve rest for the glaze. Pour into baked shell. Bake 30 minutes in preheated 350° oven. Spread warm glaze over hot pie. Chill at least 8 hours.
