  • 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 15) or can substitute crushed cookies
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. almond flavoring
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 whipping cream

    Press mixture firmly and evenly in bottom of ungreased
