- 1 1/2 c. shortbread cookie crumbs (5 1/2 oz. pkg.)
- 1 c. finely chopped walnuts
- 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. heavy cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Line bottom and sides of 13 x 9-inch pie pan with foil; butter foil.

3Combine cookie crumbs, 1/2 cup walnuts and butter; press firmly into bottom of pan.

4Bake until golden 5 to 6 minutes.

5Remove from oven and cool slightly.

6Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour until smooth.

7Beat in eggs, heavy cream and vanilla until well blended.

8Spread evenly on baked crust. Bake until cheese is almost firm, 25 to 30 minutes.

9Turn oven off. Leave cake in oven with door ajar about 30 minutes.

10Sprinkle with remaining nuts, pressing lightly with spatula.

11Cool; cover and refrigerate.
