  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

    Use cupcake liners.

    Put a vanilla wafer in each cupcake liner. Mix all remaining ingredients in blender or mixer.

    Put 2 tablespoons of filling in each cup.

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Immediately put pie filling over each cheesecake (about 1 tablespoon).

    Cool and refrigerate.
