  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 2 1/4 lbs chicken drumsticks
  • None None Cilantro leaves, to serve (optional)

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking pan with foil.

    Mix sauces and sherry in a medium bowl. Place chicken in a large bowl. Add half the marinade and coat well. Place chicken in a single layer on prepared pan.

    Bake 35-40 mins or until chicken is cooked through, basting often with remaining marinade. Serve sprinkled with cilantro leaves.
