- 1/4 lb. (1 c.) grated sharp cheese
- 1/4 c. soft butter
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 24 stuffed olives
Directions

1Blend the cheese with butter 4 or 5 hours ahead. Stir in the flour, salt, paprika and mix well.

2Wrap 1 teaspoon dough around each olive.

3Cover completely.

4Arrange olives on an ungreased baking sheet. Refrigerate.

5One-half hour before serving, bake in a 400° oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

6Serve warm.
