  • 2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 c. crushed pineapple in its own juice
  • 1 1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk
  • artificial sweetener to equal 8 tsp. sugar
  • 4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Molly McButter
  • cinnamon to taste

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup of the water over low heat.

    Put into blender.

    Add rest of the ingredients and blend well.

    Pour into an 8-inch pan.

    Sprinkle cinnamon on top and refrigerate until sets.
