- 1 pt. sweet red peppers, chopped
- 1 pt. sweet green peppers, chopped
- 1 pt. cabbage, chopped
- 1 pt. white onions, chopped
- 5 Tbsp. salt
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 2 or 3 hot peppers
Directions

1Put each vegetable through food chopper using coarse blade.

2If vegetables are covered with liquid, drain off and discard liquid. Measure each vegetable after chopping.

3Mix vegetables with the salt and let stand overnight.

4Next morning, drain off as much liquid as possible and discard.

5Add spices, sugar and vinegar to drained vegetables and mix well.

6Pack into jars and seal at once.
