  • 1 large cauliflower (2 1/2 lbs)
  • 2 tb. butter
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 3-4cups of hot milk (how thick you want sauce)
  • 1 1/2c. shredded cheese
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2tsp each salt/pepper
  • 1/4 c bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c parmesan (optional)
