- 4 baking potatoes (1-1/2 lb./675 g) Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/3 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
- 12 slices bacon, cooked, each broken into 4 pieces
- 125 g Cracker Barrel Old Cheddar Cheese, cut into 24 thin slices, then halved
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

1Heat oven to 450 degrees F.

2Cut thin lengthwise slice off bottom of each potato; discard.

3Place 2 wooden spoons on opposite long sides of 1 potato on cutting board.

4Cut potato crosswise into 24 thin slices, stopping when knife hits spoons.

5Repeat with remaining potatoes.

6Microwave on HIGH 12 to 14 min.

8Place in foil-lined 13x9-inch pan; brush evenly with 2 Tbsp.
