Cheesy Bean Dip

  • 1 (9 oz.) can bean dip
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (7 oz.) can chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. taco seasoning mix
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients in medium bowl.

    Stir in chilies, onion and seasoning mix until smooth.

    Spread half the mixture into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Layer Monterey Jack cheese and Cheddar cheese over top.

    Spread with remaining bean dip mixture. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.

    Serve with tortilla chips.
