- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 (10 oz.) can Old El Paso mild enchilada sauce
- 1/4 c. snipped parsley
- 1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
- 2 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 3 eggs
- 6 slices sharp American cheese
Directions

1In skillet, brown beef and onion; drain.

2Sprinkle meat with cornstarch; blend in.

3Stir in parsley, mushrooms and enchilada sauce.

4Unroll 1 package of rolls and place the 4 sections of dough together, forming a 12 x 6-inch rectangle.

5Seal edges together.

6Roll into a 12-inch square.

7Fit into a 9-inch pie plate; trim edge even with plate.
