Cheesy beef taco dip

Ingredients

• 2 lb ground beef
• 1 large onion, finely chopped
• 1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
• 1 lb process cheese (velveeta), cubed
• 1 lb pepper jack cheese, cubed
• 1 can taco sauce
• 1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
• 1 can mushroom stems and pieces, drained and chopped
• 1 can sliced ripe olives, drained
• 1 tortilla chips
