  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese softened
  • several small yellow, red, and orange bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmasean, mild cheddar, and mexican cheese blend
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 6 slices Applewood Smoked Bacon cooked and crumbled

Directions

    Wash and slice all peppers in half, removing the seeds.

    Leave the stems for decoration.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Scoop into the peppers.

    Place in oven at 350F until lightly browned on top.

    Allow to cool for 15 mins and serve.
