  • 1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. Martha White Bix-Mix
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/4 (1/2 stick) c. butter, melted
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
  • 1 (4 oz.) c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Combine biscuit mix and milk in large mixing bowl; stir until smooth.

    Add remaining ingredients; blend well.

    Spread dough evenly in prepared pan.

    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.

    To serve, cut into 3 x 3/4-inch strips.
