- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Pare and slice carrots into rounds.

2Boil carrots and onion until tender; drain.

3Put into greased 11 x 14-inch pan.

4Shred Velveeta or cut into small chunks.

5Put cheese and slices of margarine over vegetables.

6Sprinkle crumbs on top.

7Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
