- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 5 oz. each)
- 1/3 c. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 2 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 1 c. Romano cheese, grated
Directions

1Heat oven to 500°.

2Pound chicken breasts to flatten.

3Combine mustard and wine in shallow dish; stir to blend.

4In another shallow dish, combine bread crumbs and cheese.

5Toss to mix. Lightly coat a baking sheet with nonstick vegetable spray.

6Dip chicken into the mustard mixture, turning to coat both sides. Dredge chicken in crumbs to coat well.

7Place on baking sheet. Coat all chicken breasts.

8Bake 8 minutes.

9If crumbs aren't brown enough, place under broiler for 10 minutes.
