  • 4 chicken breasts
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. Pet milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Dip chicken breasts in melted butter (enough to cover) and roll in flour.

    Place in a baking dish and bake at 325° for 30 minutes, uncovered.

    Take out and turn chicken.

    Bake for 15 minutes more.

    Take from oven.

    Pour soup, milk and cheese mixture over breasts.
  7. 7
    Return to the oven for 15 minutes.
