Cheesy Chicken Roll-Ups

  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. oleo
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans chicken
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 can canned buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/2 c. milk

    Saute onion in oleo until clear.

    Drain.

    Drain chicken and cut up in bite size pieces.

    Add 1 cup cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, onion, salt and pepper.

    Mix well.

    Roll biscuits as thin as possible.

    Spread chicken mixture on biscuits.

    Roll up as for jelly roll.

    Place on cookie sheet and bake 12 minutes at 450°.
