Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez
  • 4 c. cooked pasta

Directions

    Brown meat with onion in a 4-quart Dutch oven or saucepot on medium-high.

    Drain.

    Reduce heat to low.

    Stir in tomatoes, beans, tomato paste, water, chili powder and cumin.

    Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until heated.

    Stir in process cheese until melted. Spoon over cooked macaroni.

    Top with sour cream.
