- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
- 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez
- 4 c. cooked pasta
Directions

1Brown meat with onion in a 4-quart Dutch oven or saucepot on medium-high.

2Drain.

3Reduce heat to low.

4Stir in tomatoes, beans, tomato paste, water, chili powder and cumin.

5Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until heated.

6Stir in process cheese until melted. Spoon over cooked macaroni.

7Top with sour cream.
