Cheesy Chipotle Mashed Potatoes

   Heat oven to 350F.

   Cook potatoes in boiling water 15 min.

   or until tender.

   Drain potatoes; return to pan.

   Mash potatoes, gradually stirring in Neufchatel, butter and black pepper.

   Stir in sour cream, shredded cheese and chipotle peppers.

   Spoon into 2-qt.

   casserole sprayed with cooking spray.

   Bake 30 to 35 min.

    or until heated through.
