  • 1-1/2 lb. Yukon gold potatoes (about 6), peeled, cubed
  • 1-1/2 lb. sweet potatoes (about 3), peeled, cubed
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 2 green onions, sliced

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Cook potatoes in boiling water 15 min.

    Drain potatoes; return to pan.

    Mash potatoes, gradually stirring in Neufchatel, butter and black pepper.
