  • 4 cups Frozen Or Fresh Corn
  • 6 slices White American Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons White Sugar
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Milk Or Light Cream

Directions

    Thaw and drain corn.

    Cut cream cheese and American cheese into cubes.

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into crockpot.

    Cook on low for 4 hours.

    I am not a big fan of crockpots so I baked this recipe at 350F for 45 minutes.

    I stirred it several times to smooth in the cream cheese.
