- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
Directions

1Mix together and bake in a 9-inch round or square glass pan (lightly buttered) at 350° for 35 minutes.

2Sprinkle with 1 cup grated Cheddar, Longhorn, Muenster or Jack cheese (or combination of cheeses).

3Bake 10 minutes longer.
