  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine

Directions

    Mix together and bake in a 9-inch round or square glass pan (lightly buttered) at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Sprinkle with 1 cup grated Cheddar, Longhorn, Muenster or Jack cheese (or combination of cheeses).
