  • 1 cup Shredded Pepper Jack Or Cheddar (or A Combination Of Both)
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1/2 cups Or More Frozen Corn Kernels (I Like A Lot Of Corn)
  • 48 pieces Tostito's Scoops
  • 48 pieces Black Olive Slices
  • 3 Tablespoons Chives, Chopped

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheese, egg, and corn.

    Arrange the chips on a large rimmed baking sheet and fill each with approximately 1 teaspoon of the corn mixture.
