  • 3/4 c. Milk
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch

Directions

    1. Beat the eggs briskly.

    Dissolve cornstarch in the milk and mix into the eggs along with the remaining ingred ients. 2. Pour into a well greased souffle pan.

    Cook in a 300° oven until a well tanned formed dome forms.
