  • 85 g butter
  • 115 g cheese, grated
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 150 ml plain yogurt
  • 225 g rolled oats

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 180c/gas, lightly oil a 7inch square cake tin.

    Melt the butter in a large saucespan.Remove from heat & stir in the cheese, egg, yogurt & oats until well blended.

    Season to taste.

    Spoon into the prepared tin & level the surface.

    Bake for 30 minutes until golden.

    Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin.
  7. 7
    Cut into 9 squares.
