- 12 to 14 medium new potatoes
- 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Wash potatoes and do not peel; slice into 1/4-inch slices. Cook in boiling water until done.

2Preheat oven to 350°.

3Grease long Pyrex casserole.

4Layer potatoes, cheese and bacon.

5Pour 1/2 of melted butter over.

6Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

7Repeat layers.

8Top with sprinkles of parsley and paprika.

9Bake for about 15 minutes.
