- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Low-fat Buttermilk
- 1/2 cups Tomato Sauce (I Used Boboli)
- 1/2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
- 1- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded (I Used Low-fat Here Too)
- 1/2 cups Fresh Spinach, Chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 390 degrees.

2In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

3Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and place the buttermilk in the well; mix to form a soft dough.

4Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead until smooth.

5Roll out to a 12 square.

6Place the tomato sauce and oregano in a bowl and mix to combine.

7Spread the tomato sauce mixture over the dough and sprinkle with spinach and cheese.

8Roll to enclose the filling.

9Slice the roll into 9 to 10 pieces and place side-by-side in a lightly greased 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper.

10You can sprinkle with additional cheese if you like.

11Bake the scrolls for 25-30 minutes or until golden.

12Serve warm with a side of tomato sauce.
