- 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns, partly thawed
- 2 (10 oz.) cans Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 (13 oz.) can undiluted evaporated milk
- 1 can French fried onion rings
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine ingredients together but only use half of the onion rings.

2Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake in a 350° oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until golden; about the last 5 minutes, cover with remaining onion rings.

4Recipe can be cut in half.
