  • 8 medium potatoes, boiled
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of onion powder or more to taste
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Melt butter; blend to flour for thickness.

    Add 2 cups of milk.

    Cook until thickened.

    Add salt, pepper and onion powder. Stir in cheese, then add to potatoes.

    Put in casserole dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
