  • 2 lb. hash browns
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. grated cheese (Cheddar)
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. crushed potato chips

    Thaw hash browns, then mix all ingredients, except potato chips, into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Top with potato chips. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
