- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 c. melted butter
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 slice fresh bread, diced
Directions

1Boil potatoes with skins on until done.

3Add all ingredients to diced potatoes in a casserole dish. Refrigerate for 24 hours.

4Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350°.
