- 30oz frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 16oz sour cream
- 1/2C chopped onion
- 2C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4C melted butter
- 1C crushed corn flakes
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1- Preheat oven to 325.

2- In big bowl, thaw hash browns 1/2 hour and break up.

3- Mix in soup through cheese.

4- Add salt and pepper to taste.

5- Put in greased 9x13 pan and bake 45 minutes.

6- Mix crushed corn flakes with melted butter.

7- Sprinkle corn flakes on top.

8- Bake another 15m or until golden.
