- 2 lbs potatoes
- 13 cup milk
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese
- 14 cup butter
- 1 onion
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Boil peeled, sliced potatoes until tender.

2In a sauce pan, combine milk, cheese, and butter.

3Heat on low, add onion and cream of mushroom soup.

4Drain potatoes; pour into a 9 x 13 pan.

5Cover with cheese sauce.

6Bake in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 45 minutes.
