- 32 ounces frozen potatoes (the little cubes)
- 2 12 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 12 cup melted butter
- 10 ounces cream of potato soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F.

2Mix 2 cups of the shredded cheese in a large bowl with the sour cream and soup.

3Add the garlic.

4Mix the potatoes into the soup mixture.

5Stir in the melted butter.

6Spread into a greased 9x13-inch pan.

7Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.

8Bake for 1 hour, or until heated through and the top is nice and crispy.
