- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 c. low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 c. milk
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 c. cornflakes, crushed
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 jar Hormel bacon bits
Directions

1Spread potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Mix and heat in saucepan the mayonnaise, milk and cheese until melted.

3Pour cheese mixture over potatoes.

4Mix melted butter, cornflakes and bacon bits; put on potatoes.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
