  • 8 large potatoes
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 rolls jalapeno cheese and garlic cheese
  • onion

Directions

    Boil potatoes in jackets in salty water until tender.

    Peel and slice.

    Layer the potatoes, onion and 1/2 cheese mixture. Repeat.

    Bake until bubbly brown, about 20 minutes, at 350°.
