- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 6 c. potato flakes or buds
- 7 1/2 c. milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 small grated onion
Directions

1Heat the milk, margarine, salt, pepper and onion to near boiling.

2Transfer this mixture to a large mixing bowl.

3Add the cream cheese and potato flakes.

4Mix with a mixer until all is blended and potatoes are soupy.

5They'll thicken up as they bake. Cover top of potatoes with Parmesan cheese.

6Bake for 25 minutes at 350°, uncovered.

7Can stay in longer if covered.

8Serves 8 to 10.
